Returns & Exchanges

At Summo Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your sports gear.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the return barcode is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
